Los Tranquilos return to Bakersfield with their smooth blend of ’60s/’70s romantic soul, psychedelic Latin grooves and sounds inspired by México and Latin America. Joining them is Flaco el Jandro, coming out of California’s Salinas Valley with a modern Chicano sound mixing infectious Latin rhythms, soul, rock, cumbia and heartfelt songwriting.
